Our Vision
We have coined our vision in a simple phrase: P154.
P
“P” stands for principle. We operate our church from the principles of Christ; not the personality of the pastor.
What we are a part of is bigger than the part that we play.
1
“1” is what we do, which is the Great Commission.
We exist to know Christ and make him known to the world.
Jesus told his disciples, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:”
(Matthew 28:19).

“5” is how we execute our vision through the five New Testament pillars of the early church according to Acts 2:42-47.
We SHARE CHRIST through evangelism.
We ENCOUNTER CHRIST
through worship.
We CONNECT WITH PEOPLE through fellowship.
We GROW IN CHRIST
through discipleship.
We SERVE THE WORLD
through ministry.

“4” stands for the four results of the execution of our vision.
When we execute our vision,
There is
SPIRITUAL GROWTH when people know God and are saved and find freedom via small groups.
There is
NUMERICAL GROWTH
when God gives us more manpower to know him and make him known to the world.
There is
MISSIONAL GROWTH
when people discover their purpose via Next Steps.
There is
MINISTRY GROWTH when people officially join our church and become a part of #TEAMSTAR.
